CraftED Pathways started with a simple realization: the old system isn’t working. Too many talented people are left underprepared for real jobs, and too many businesses struggle to grow because they can’t find or keep the right talent.
Founded by educator and workforce strategist Dr. Colby Webb, CraftED was built to solve both problems at once. We develop high-quality, industry-aligned training programs that prepare individuals for meaningful careers — and help businesses build reliable pipelines of skilled, loyal talent.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Cole Webb Ed.D is an educator, workforce strategist, and entrepreneur committed to building meaningful career pathways in an era of automation, consolidation, and uncertainty. Born and Raised in Bakersfield, CA as a North High grad, Dr. Webb has over seven years of teaching experience in Biology and Physics. He completed his doctorate in organizational leadership, where he studied building apprenticeship programs in small and medium-sized enterprises. Dr. Webb founded CraftED Pathways to bridge the widening gap between underemployed individuals and high-need industries like energy, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. Through innovative pre-apprenticeship programs and customized workforce solutions, he empowers small businesses to grow resilient teams and helps workers launch future-proof careers in a rapidly evolving labor market.
