What is a Pre-Apprenticeship?
A pre-apprenticeship is a short-term training program that prepares you for entry into a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) or a career pathway with long-term opportunity.
At CraftED Pathways, our pre-apprenticeship training combines:

Whether you’re just getting started, changing careers, or returning to the workforce—this program was built for you.
Who is it for?
CraftED’s Pre-Apprenticeship is designed for:
- Young adults (18–26) seeking structured career entry
- People returning to the workforce or transitioning from service industries
- Veterans, justice-involved individuals, and underserved community members
- Anyone motivated to build skills in a hands-on, high-opportunity field
- No prior experience required. Just bring your work ethic and curiosity.
